The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping and Delivery

Shipping and Delivery Policy for International Customers (Customers outside India)

Processing Time:

All Orders are processed within 5-6 Business Days, No orders will be shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays of any kind (Public/Regional)

No shipping or delivery will take place in case of lockdown, curfew etc or if we are experiencing high call volume shipping/delivery may be delayed however all efforts will be made to get you the delivery as soon as possible

If there will be a significant delay due to unforeseen circumstances, we shall contact you over email and through phone call.

Shipping or Delivery Charges

All shipping and/or Delivery Charges are to be paid by you at checkout page.

Following are the charges in general

Standard Method:          3-5 Business Days                          Free

Urgent Method:              2 Business Days                             USD 13.15 or equaling to INR

Overnight Delivery*:      1-2 Business Days                          USD 21.45 or equaling to INR

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery pin codes of major Cities in India

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high demand of shipping organization for example during major Festivals

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

www.edumart.net.in is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

www.edumart.net.in is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

www.edumart.net.in ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses

Shipping and Delivery Policy for Domestic Customers (Customers withing India)

We currently make all shipping outside our home country

Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@edumart.net.in to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address

Please note: You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refund Policy

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Cancellation Policy

If you want to cancel the order after the product has been shipped, you need to speak to EduMart customer care and make a request to cancel the order. After the order has been cancelled, the money will be refunded to debit card, credit card, or internet banking account (whichever mode you have used for payment).
